Studio Fichi - my story Everything begins with the material My name is Tzofia Galdor Shapira and I'm the owner and creator at studio Fichi. I've always lived and breathed art. I worked as a professional makeup artist, I drew, created, and explored art in all its forms. Since I've always believed (and I still do) in the healing power of art, I had planned to pursue art therapy as my profession. Although this was my original plan, I eventually ended up studying at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design. While there and getting to know the materials, inspiration led to the first pieces of the collection you see here. In my final project, where I touched upon my own personal relationship with makeup as a shield, I created the porcelain lips. You will see them reincarnate among the pieces I create in my studio today, as they have become somewhat of my flagship product, representing the brand. For me, the time and patience it takes to create a piece of jewelry are parallel to emotional therapy. The material is like a mirror to reality, personality, and spirit. My collections Ever since opening the studio and getting to know the material, I find myself drawing inspiration from every aspect of day-to-day life. After having formed an idea, I start work on a new collection, and from time to time I launch special collections for holidays and events. I find beauty in every small thing, and I bring that vision into the pieces I make. Q & A Products How will I know my exact ring size? You should take a simple thread and wrap it around the finger you want to measure. Place the thread on a ruler and write down the length of the thread - that is the circumference of your finger. How will I know what necklace length to choose? Take a thread and measure it on a long ruler or a measurement tape. Gently and loosely surround your neck with the thread - this will help you understand the necklace lengths we offer on our site and choose the one most suitable for you. It is important to note that the pendant you choose is not included in the length of the necklace as written in the product details. A product I really like is sold out. Could you make me a new one? Our delivery policy Local delivery - Door to door The cost of the delivery will be 30 Nis. If you purchase in the amount of over 350 Nis, your delivery will be free. The delivery will arrive between 3 to 5 business days, to your home or office as per your choosing from the day of your purchase. This is unless noted otherwise in the product details. If you have ordered a piece of custom-made jewelry, please take into consideration the time it takes to hand-make your item. ​ International deliveries All of our items can be shipped anywhere in the world! International deliveries will cost 70 Nis. We will always ship internationally via express mail, which will take anywhere between five to seven business days from the day of your purchase.

Information about our materials and warranties All of our jewelry is designed and manufactured by hand in Israel. The jewelry is made from ceramic material; therefore, it is breakable. The necklaces are plated with a high-quality durable 24 karat gold plating. The earrings and rings are made of high-quality gold-filled material. To make sure your jewelry lasts as long as possible, please avoid wearing them while you sleep, bathe or exercise. You should also refrain from direct contact with perfume, hairspray, and other beauty products. We recommend storing the jewelry in a dry place and not in your bathroom. The warranty for the gold plating is for 6 months from the day of your purchase. No warranty will be given if a pendant breaks.

Exchange and return policy Didn't get exactly what you wanted? No need to worry. ​ You can exchange items by sending them to us by mail or by hand at our studio in Hertzlia, as long as they were not used and you have a receipt. You will receive the newly purchased item you chose through express mail at the cost of 30 Nis. If you return the item within 48 hours of the time you purchased it, you can receive a full cash refund. You will not receive store credit or a cash refund on your delivery charges. How to change or return items? If you choose to send your item via the Israeli post, please make sure you attach an invoice or receipt, and a note specifying your contact information. This will enable us to contact you if need be.
