Workshop Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - Studio Peachy - Workshops

Cancellation by Participant

The cancellation policy depends on two parameters: how much time has passed since registration, and how close you are to the workshop date.

  • Up to 48 hours from registration, and more than a week before the workshop date: Full refund, minus 5% processing fee.

  • After 48 hours from registration, and more than a week before the workshop date: 50% refund, minus 5% processing fee.

  • Within a week of the workshop date (regardless of registration date): No refund, cannot cancel.

In any case of a refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted. This amount is non-refundable as it is collected directly by the payment provider and is not returned to the studio.

In the event of cancellation by the studio due to security situations, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond the studio's control, participants will be offered an alternative date. No cancellation fees will be charged.
