Exchange and return policy

Didn't get exactly what you wanted? No need to worry.

You can exchange items by sending them to us by mail or by hand at our studio in Hertzlia, as long as they were not used and you have a receipt.

 

You will receive the newly purchased item you chose through express mail at the cost of 30 Nis.

• If you return the item within 48 hours of the time you purchased it, you can receive a full cash refund.

• You will not receive store credit or a cash refund on your delivery charges.

 

How to change or return items?

If you choose to send your item via the Israeli post, please make sure you attach an invoice or receipt, and a note specifying your contact information. This will enable us to contact you if need be.
